We want to get your order as fast as possible, so we ship quickly! Once you place your order, please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the distance from our headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

Returns

We offer a Love 'Em or Return 'Em Guarantee, up to one year from your date of purchase. To be eligible, you must contact us directly. This program is only valid one time per customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. If you've received an item as a gift, any gift item can be returned in exchange for a gift certificate or merchandise credit.
